Kristin began her career at Edelstein & Company in 2023 as the Director of People and Culture. Her previous accounting industry experience comes from her time at XCM Solutions. Kristin oversees the day-to-day operations of the People and Culture team. She has over 15 years of progressive HR experience in a range of industries.
